Warehouse Safety Signs: A Practical Checklist

Walk any busy warehouse and you'll see the same handful of hazards: lift trucks, dock edges, moving equipment, electrical panels and areas that should be off-limits. Here's a practical checklist to work through, area by area.

Traffic and forklifts

  • Forklift traffic warnings at aisle ends, intersections and pedestrian crossings
  • "Watch for moving vehicles" where foot traffic meets lift traffic
  • Speed or "slow down" reminders on long runs
